Packaging

All pieces are packaged with thorough care, using environmentally friendly products where possible. If the packaging is not green, it was re-used to give it an optimum life cycle.

Pottery requires some heavy duty packaging and double-boxing to ensure it arrives to each customer safely. Please take care while unpacking your items in case anything does get damaged in transit. There are usually obvious signs upon damage before opening, like heavy indentation on your package. Pottery can be sharp if broken, and can cause injury if handled incorrectly. 

Shipping

Your pottery order will be shipped on the next working day. All items are shipped using An Post services. Postage is calculated based on the weight of your overall order. We currently offer standard shipping to your location. This typically takes 2-3 working days. You can find further details about the delivery price points here.

Returns

I am happy to accept any refunds so long as the item(s) are returned in the same sale-worthy condition in which they were shipped. I must be notified (by email) of this within 14 days of receipt.

The onus is on the customer to read the description of the items carefully before purchase. Make sure you are happy with all variables associated with any given piece.

The cost of returning purchased items, including the packaging and postage, lies with the customer. It is advised that you pack and return the piece(s) similarly to how they arrived. If any items are returned broken or are broken in transit on their return, a refund will not be issued.

You will be notified of any approved refunds. If refunded, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased. Please note that refund delivery times may vary based on your financial institution / method with which you paid.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done so before the next working day (before shipment). If cancelled, you will be refunded the amount paid, minus transaction fees. If not cancelled in time, and you no longer wish to proceed, the refund policy listed above is applied.
